Luggage damages caused by airline carriers are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. It is recommended that damages be reported to a carrier representative prior to leaving the airport. How do I benefit from the manufacturer warranty?
Visit your nearest KP Bags store or KPBag repair center and make sure to bring, your luggage, the original receipt and the warranty tab of the luggage. A sales representative will then examine the luggage to determine if the damage or defect is covered by the warranty. If the luggage is under warranty and the defect is covered we will send your luggage for repair to an KPBag store. In the event that the luggage is deemed not repairable, we will replace it with a new luggage of the same value you paid. Please note that some charges may apply in order to send the luggage to a repair center.
